Welcome to BCC Creations. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our studio facilities, equipment, services, and website. By booking a session, using our studio, or visiting our website, you agree to comply with these terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 

 

Studio Use and Eligibility

 

Our facilities are available for use by individuals, content creators, businesses, and agencies, provided they are at least 18 years of age or are legally represented by a consenting adult. Use of the studio space and equipment must always comply with applicable laws of the State of Florida, as well as our internal studio guidelines. We strictly prohibit the creation of adult-rated content, illegal material, or anything that violates copyright laws, YouTube Community Guidelines, or ethical standards widely observed in the digital and broadcast space.

 

 

Bookings and Payment

 

All studio bookings require full payment in advance. Reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and a signed rental agreement has been submitted. Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

 

Clients may book by the hour or by the day depending on their needs. Add-on services—such as post-production editing, live streaming support, or content consulting—are available for additional fees and must be arranged in advance.

 

 

Cancellations and Refunds

 

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your booking, we offer a 50% refund for cancellations made with at least three (3) days’ notice before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are considered based on availability and follow the same notice period.

 

 

Conduct and Studio Rules

 

To ensure a professional and safe environment, all clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully while on our premises. The following are strictly prohibited in all areas of the studio: alcohol, smoking (including e-cigarettes), recreational drugs, and pets. Noise must be kept to appropriate levels to avoid interfering with adjacent units or sessions.

 

Clients are solely responsible for the behavior of their guests, collaborators, or crew members. Any violation of our studio conduct policy may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

 

 

Equipment Use and Liability

 

Our rentals include access to professional equipment such as cameras, microphones, lighting, and more. All equipment is tested prior to your session. You are responsible for using it with care and returning it in the same condition in which it was provided.

 

Any damage to studio property or equipment caused by you or your team—whether accidental or intentional—will be assessed and billed accordingly. You agree to accept financial responsibility for all such damages. A signed rental agreement is required prior to any use of studio space or gear.

 

 

Behind-the-Scenes Recording

 

We may occasionally document behind-the-scenes footage for promotional purposes—such as social media content, testimonials, or reels that showcase our space in use. While we may record the general activity within the studio, we do not use or publish any footage of your creative content without your explicit permission. You retain full ownership and rights to all media you produce in our space.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

BCC Creations is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal property brought into the studio. You assume all responsibility for the security of your own belongings. Furthermore, by using our facilities, you agree to hold BCC Creations harmless from any claims, injuries, or damages arising out of your use of the space, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

 

 

Website Use

 

Access to our website is provided as-is. While we strive to maintain accuracy in our content and functionality, we make no guarantees that our website will always be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions. Unauthorized attempts to access backend systems, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with our operations will be treated as violations of these Terms.

 

 

Changes to These Terms

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
